Credits are shared across video, image, music and Agent workflows. Each generation shows its estimated Credit cost before you submit. The selected model, resolution, duration and output count can change the cost.

### Can I use the same Credits for different models?

Yes. Your Credit balance works across available video, image and music models, as well as AI Agent chat. You do not need a separate plan for each model. Available models and settings are shown in the workspace.

### Do failed generations consume Credits?

Credits deducted for eligible technical generation failures are returned to your balance. Content or policy refusals may be non-refundable. Check the task status and your Credit history, or contact support if something looks incorrect.

### How do monthly and yearly subscriptions work?

Monthly plans renew each month; yearly plans charge the full annual price once a year. Both release the same monthly allowance. Annual Credits unlock on each monthly anniversary of your billing start date (or the last day of shorter months). Canceling renewal keeps access through your paid period. One-time Credit Packs cover extra usage.

### Do my Credits expire?

New subscription Credits expire at the next monthly refresh and do not roll over. All one-time Credit Packs are valid for 365 days from granting. Credits expiring sooner are used first. Existing purchases retain their original grant and expiry rules; a new purchase does not extend older Credits. See your account for expiry dates.

### Can I use my outputs commercially?

Paid outputs can be used for commercial projects subject to our Terms of Service and applicable intellectual property law. You remain responsible for having the rights to your inputs and for how you use the generated content.
